After years of living as someone else on stage, performing under a name that no longer felt like mine, I’ve returned to myself. This season of my life — reclaiming my maiden name, healing after surgery, rebuilding my health, and rediscovering my own voice — has taught me something profound: 

Wellbeing isn’t a luxury. 

It’s a homecoming.

For years, I poured my energy into being who the world needed me to be. Now, I’m choosing to be who I need to be — and helping other women do the same.

My guides and courses were born from this journey back to myself: the rituals that steadied me, the science that empowered me, and the lived experiences that reshaped my understanding of what it means to age well, gently, and with intention.

After my operation earlier this year,

I realised how fragile and precious my energy truly is. Healing taught me the importance of nourishment, rest, and listening to my body — lessons that shaped my Reset & Renew resources.
